Tenders Tenders: Moosomin Communiplex Kitchen The Moosomin Parks and Recreation Deparment are currently accepting application tenders for the Moosomin Communiplex Kitchen - Winter Season. The successful tender will have sole rights to resale food sales and multiple Pro Shop items at the Communiplex. The successful tender in 2006/07 was $500 per month plus vending machine costs (at the lease holder's discretion) for the months of November, December, January, February and March. The months of October 2007 and April 2008 are at no cost. As you can expect the opportunity for profits in this venture is extreme. This is an outstanding revenue opportunity as the Communiplex is a high-traffic area which could feature as many as 11 Minor Hockey teams this season, 4 Recreation Hockey teams, and a Senior Hockey team along with multiple tournaments and special events. While there are contractual obligations on hours, items such as menu, pricing and so forth are at the complete discretion of the lease holder. The Town of Moosomin assumes all costs involved with power, energy, business phone, equipment and upkeep. Note: Organizations looking to fundraise are welcome to apply.
