

Water Meter Installation Update for Your Home/Business
The Town of Moosomin is now conducting the mandatory water meter upgrade program.

Installation Details
The Town has contracted KTI Utility Services to replace water meters in your neighborhood and requires access to your current water meter located inside your home.
Installations are approximately 30-60 minutes and may require a short water interruption during that time. We request that you book your appointment as soon as possible to ensure your preferred time can be accommodated. Appointments are available 8 a.m.– 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturdays (evening appointments by request). Please book your appointment now. There is no cost for the appointment, or any work performed.
Appointments are booked in windows. Based on the time selected, the installer will arrive between:

Morning: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Afternoon: 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Evening: 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Saturday: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. (by request)
Book an appointment online:
1. Visit ktiappointment.com.
2. Enter your address and city in the fields provided.
3. Where it says Password, enter your 8-digit utility account number. Be sure to include ‘KN_’ (<<Account number>>).
4. Click Login.
5. Click on the time block for the appointment.
6. Click on one of the available dates.
7. Enter your name, account details and email.
8. Click Confirm to finalize the appointment.
You will receive email confirmation of your appointment. (Confirmation will display time in EST - subtract one hour for Saskatchewan time)

Before your appointment:

Ensure an adult over 18 is at home, during the full window of time booked.

Find the location of your water meter. It is often located in a mechanical room or crawlspace, right beside your main water shutoff. It is not located on the side of your house.

Clear the area so it is accessible for the technician to work in. This includes the removal of spiders/spider webs that may be in the area.
